I used this service called "PremiumEssays.com" (not gonna link them, not trying to promote) for a 5-page Philosophy paper on Nietzsche. Nothing crazy.
I paid, waited, deadline came... and they sent me a file. Cool, right?
WRONG.
I open the file and it's a paper on Kant. KANT. Not Nietzsche. Like... how do you mix those up?? One guy wrote about the Ubermensch and the other wrote about duty and morality. They're not even in the same century of philosophy.
So I go to their live chat support. Here's how it went:
Me: Hey, I got the wrong paper. I ordered Nietzsche, got Kant.
Support: Hello sir, please provide your order number.
Me: [gives number]
Support: Thank you. Our team will look into this. Please allow 24-48 hours for review.
Me: ...my deadline is in 6 hours?
Support: We understand your concern. Please allow 24-48 hours for review.
Me:
Now what do I do??
I can't wait 2 days. I need this paper NOW. Do I dispute the charge? Do I ask for a partial refund and just... submit the Kant paper and hope my professor doesn't notice?? (That's a joke. Mostly.)
Has anyone dealt with this before? How do you get support to actually do something when you're in a time crunch? Do I need to start yelling? I don't wanna be that guy but also... come on. KANT???
Send help. Or a time machine.
